Tendering Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the whole bidding process from the receipt of ITB/ITT/RFP until submission.
  • Create strategy plan in obtaining a winnable bid on or during negotiation.
  • Participate in the "Bid/No Bid" decision-making process with the Management upon receipt of ITB/ITT/RFP.
  • Check the accuracy, completeness and competitiveness' of the bid whether it is compliant to the requirements in the ITT/ITB/RFP
  • In coordination with the Contracts team, check all terms and conditions prior executing the contract agreement
  • Attend different meetings with clients and consultants.
  • Oversee and monitor the workflow, processes and strategies of the entire department
  • Report and update to the Management on the status of the tender pipeline
  • Ensure proper loading of staffs' assignment is observed within the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture
  • Preferably licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
  • Strong oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • With 6 to 7 years' experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Experience in Supervisory/Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Civil Engineering/Structural or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams of high performing individuals
  • Amenable to work in Makati City
