Salary Range: 100,000k-120,000k PHP salary Package

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Financial Controller/COO

If successful, you will be employed under Emapta Philippines not an Independent or Sub-Contractor and assigned to support Tender Loving Care Disability Services a respected provider of quality disability services in Australia.

Tender Loving Care is looking for a highly skilled Finance and Accounting Manager to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in overseeing financial operations, compliance and team management to support our mission of delivering quality disability services.

Key Qualifications:

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

3-5 years' experience in a finance leadership or management role, with strong knowledge of the Australian market

Knowledge of GST reporting, BAS preparation and lodgment, payroll tax, superannuation contributions, PAYG withholding, and corporate income tax basics

Background in payroll & employee entitlements, including Fair Work Act and modern awards, superannuation guarantee (SG) compliance, and leave accruals (annual, personal/carer's, and long service leave)

Proven experience managing finance teams within the disability or aged care sectors

Advanced skills in accounting software (Xero/MYOB preferred) and Microsoft Excel

Strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines

Desirable:

  • CPA qualification
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS, the SCHADS Award, other relevant Australian Pay Awards, and employment entitlements for full-time, part-time, and casual staff
  • Strong understanding of NDIS financial operations and compliance
  • Experience supporting finance across multi-site or international team
