JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Associate performs the end-to-end recruitment process, including direct hiring and agency deployment, in adherence to company policies, legal requirements and best practices within agreed-upon timelines. This role works closely with hiring managers and third-party agencies to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, facilitate job offer discussions, onboard new hires and ensure efficient deployment of candidates. The Talent Acquisition Associate also manages billing related to agency hiring, facilitating accurate and timely processing of agency invoices and payments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Management and Strategic Hiring Coordination
- Facilitate calibration meetings with hiring managers and collaborate with third-party recruitment agencies to define and update job descriptions, create and refine hiring profiles, and align expectations on hiring timelines.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and agencies to ensure collaborative and effective hiring processes, and a steady pipeline of qualified agency candidates and endorsement within agreed timelines.
Candidate Selection and Employee Onboarding
- Source qualified candidates through various channels and build talent pools to ensure timely and effective recruitment for open positions.
- Manage candidate selection by scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates, administering tests, providing feedback, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best possible talent for the position.
- Conduct job offers by preparing salary packages and negotiating terms and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates to support efficient hiring.
- Facilitate a seamless candidate onboarding process by coordinating pre-employment requirements and ensuring smooth transitions for new hires while fostering a positive new hire experience.
Agency Deployment
- Monitor timely agency candidate interviews, assessments, and final selection in coordination with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure the completion of pre-employment requirements such as medical examinations and background checks of agency candidates, and other necessary documentation for deployment.
Administrative and Agency Billing Operations
- Update relevant recruitment and deployment trackers and reports and maintain accurate records of candidates and agency-hired employees to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Validate agency invoices, including billing details for recruitment services provided such as agreed-upon fees, headcount, time statement, and contract terms, before endorsing to management for approval and processing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree with a major in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or related fields of discipline
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Google Workspace
- Able to build good working relationship and deal with different types of individuals
- Technical knowledge in talent acquisition preferred but not required
