Continuous sourcing of applicants from the same industry or otherwise to join SMDC to support the manpower requirement of all Sales Channels.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Daily invitation of applicants for interview.
  • Encodes all application forms to database.
  • Screens resumes of sourced applicants.
  • Conducts initial interview to applicants.
  • Endorses qualified applicants to the Associate Sales Director and Sales Directors for final interview, and to the Sales Head for approval.
  • Monitors status of all processed applicants.
  • Performs general administrative duties such as sorting and filing of resumes and application forms.
  • Monitors payment of any related recruitment activities.
  • Assists in preparing materials for job fairs or any sourcing events.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) year Bachelor's degree related to Psychology, Behavioral science, or any other related courses.
  • With one (1) year working experience in Recruitment or Sourcing in the Real Estate industry.
  • With good oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer Literate
  • Amenable to work in Pasay City, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
