Job description:
- -Coordinate and manage service requests from clients and ensure timely delivery of services.
- -Act as a liaison between clients and the service team to communicate needs and expectations.
- -Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar to optimize resource allocation.
- -Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service outcomes.
- -Support the sales pipeline by tracking client inquiries and identifying upselling opportunitiesS.
- Requirements:
- -Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- -Experience Level: With at least 1 year experience in customer service is an advantage
- -Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- -Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and people skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
