SERVICE COORDINATOR

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience in service support, customer service or logistics support
  • Experience working in Medical Industry, an advantage
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS application
  • Good oral & written communication skills
  • Good attention to details and can submit report on time
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to work well independently & works well with minimum supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & committed with good working attitude
  • Organized, self-driven, resourceful & with high initiative

Responsibilities

  • Managing/responding to clients' concerns, resolving issues and matching client needs with better services
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Coordinating delivery and pull out of medical equipment
  • Managing entries of service reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and tracking of equipment, spare parts and supplies, including recording accurately and in timely manner.
  • Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure service is delivered on time
  • Contributing support across the team to ensure service quality objectives and targets are met
  • Documenting actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records accurately and in timely manner
  • Maintaining detailed and up to date records of all equipment repairs and upgrades.
  • Monitoring of inventory of medical equipment and census of equipment assigned to client
  • Performs periodic inventory and audit of equipment.
  • Maintains files (electronic and hard copies).
  • Perform other duties or administrative support as assigned.
