Job Description

As a Service Coordinator / Customer Service Officer, you will handle service enquiries, log jobs accurately, coordinate with technicians and contractors, support customers throughout their requests, validate warranty claims, and ensure that all service tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Service coordination or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • SAP or similar system experience preferred
  • Good organisational skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Handle customer enquiries and service calls
  • Log jobs in SAP, ensuring accurate information and timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate with technicians and external contractors
  • Provide updates to customers and ensure timely job completion
  • Validate warranty claims and prepare weekly service reports
