Responsibilities:

The Procurement Lead shall oversee the operational unit of Procurement Department. He/She leading Procurement Officers to source materials and services for company operations. The role focuses on building strong supplier relationships to ensure supply continuity and cost efficiency. He/She shall monitor market trends, adjust procurement strategies, and negotiate target prices to meet cost reduction goals. Additionally, he/she shall develop procurement plans, review and approve canvas sheets for compliance, and evaluate supplier performance to ensure optimal outcome.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Preferably a licensed engineer.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and advanced negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity and a keen attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday in BGC, Taguig.
