About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, independent Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to help grow our SaaS business ).
You will work closely with the CEO to build and execute strategies for finding, qualifying, and engaging leads, primarily in the Australian market. This is a hands-on role — you will generate your own pipeline, reach out to prospects, and support the onboarding of new clients.
Role Objective:
To create and maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads, convert prospects into customers, and support the growth of the business through smart, independent sales activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and create lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, and other prospecting methods.
Outreach & Engagement: Contact leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, or other channels to qualify opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Understand prospects' needs, evaluate fit for the SaaS product, and prioritize high-value opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads, interactions, and next steps.
Collaboration with CEO: Report progress daily/weekly, share insights, and support decision-making on strategy and prioritization.
Funnel Optimization: Suggest and implement new outreach methods or lead sources to improve pipeline and conversions.
Onboarding Support: Assist in guiding new customers through the initial setup and product adoption.
Who You Are
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
Sales-driven, with a strong desire to hit targets and see tangible results.
Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
Good organizational and communication skills — able to manage multiple leads and report clearly.
Curious and proactive — you identify opportunities without waiting for instructions.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in B2B SaaS lead generation or sales, ideally selling to Australian SMEs or enterprises.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRMs, or similar tools.
Proven ability to generate, qualify, and convert leads independently.
Familiarity with the SaaS sales process and onboarding.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
