JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Project Manager oversees the total project portfolio, containing all projects, plans, directs, supervises and controls project operations ensuring all completed projects meet customer and quality requirements in accordance with job specifications and scope.

Administrative Management

  • Plans and organizes contract and project management activities including cost re-estimates, manpower planning, work schedules, risk management, progress of certification and payment from customers/consultant
  • Co-ordinate with customers, consultants, main/sub-contractors and suppliers on project related work including obtaining confirmation and P.O
  • Assures all completed projects meet customer and quality requirements in accordance with job specifications and scope
  • Provides onsite management to ensure project completion on time and on budget.
  • Develops and implements methods and processes to improve operational quality and customer satisfaction on our system
  • Develops and retains key project staff through both learning and development programs regular coaching and mentoring sessions to cultivate employee motivation and satisfaction
  • Leads a project team of engineers, contractors, sub-contractors.
  • Maintain the planned Gross Margins and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in Job Site Meeting or Project meeting with external and internal parties

Performance Management

  • Provide feedback, mentoring and coaching to subordinates
  • Conduct performance evaluation in a timely manner

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer
  • At least 5 years solid experience and a track record in project management
  • Highly mobile, willing to travel locally, wherever the project takes him
  • Flexibility to manage several activities at one time
  • Excellent negotiation, decision making and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
