The Project Manager is responsible in overseeing and optimizing project management

processes and ensuring successful project execution within the Technology organization.

Project Governance:

Establish and maintain project governance standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures,

and industry best practices.

Process Improvement:

Continuously assess and enhance project management methodologies, tools, and templates to streamline

project workflows and increase overall efficiency.

Resource Allocation:

Collaborate with project managers and department heads to allocate resources effectively and align with

strategic priorities.

Performance Monitoring:

Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions to address

any potential issues or deviations from project goals.

Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively developing risk management strategies to safeguard project

outcomes.

Budget Management:

Oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and providing guidance on resource

allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Reporting and Communication:

Produce comprehensive project status reports, communicate project updates to stakeholders, and facilitate

regular meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.

Team Development:

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, leading and mentoring the PMO team to deliver

exceptional results.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, understanding their needs and ensuring

their involvement in key project decisions.

Project Portfolio Management:

Manage the organization's project portfolio, aligning projects with strategic objectives and prioritizing initiatives

accordingly.

Professional Certification & Licenses

 PMP is an advantage

Work Experience

 Proven experience (X years) in project management, with a focus on PMO

leadership and process improvement.

 Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly

desirable.

 Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with

diverse teams and stakeholders.

 Proficiency in project management tools and software to track project

progress and analyze data.

 Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of

continuous improvement and excellence.
