DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       End-to-End Project Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.

·       Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, to ensure project success.

·       Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, performance tracking, and seamless integration into the project.

·       Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

·       Resource Management: Coordinate with teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

·       Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and post-project reviews.

·       Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A.    Minimum Education

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering or preferably with a course related to Information Technology (IT) equivalent experience

B.    Competency

·       Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT and/or Telecommunications sector

·       Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·       Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

·       Hands-on experience in financial management, budget control, and cost tracking for projects.

·       Experience in subcontractor management, including contract negotiation, compliance, and performance evaluation.

·       Experience in handling system integration, network deployment, or IT infrastructure projects is an advantage.

·       Knowledgeable in creating Project timeline using MS Project is a PLUS

·       Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.

·       Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL, etc.) are a plus but not required.
