Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager Finance Accounting, located in Muntinlupa City. The Senior Manager Finance Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, developing and implementing financial reporting systems, and managing budgeting processes. Additional tasks include providing strategic financial insights, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team of finance professionals to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Finance and Budgeting skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Muntinlupa City
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
  • Experience in a similar role within a startup or financial services environment is beneficial
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards
