About the Role

We are looking for a licensed CPA to oversee the finance and accounting functions of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with government regulations, and strong cost and budget control. This role will closely support management and project teams in making sound financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Oversee billing, disbursements, payroll, and statutory compliance (BIR, SEC, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, LGUs).
  • Implement internal controls and support audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, HR, and Operations on financial matters.
  • Provide management with variance analysis, projections, and financial dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
  • At least 10 years of finance/accounting experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in Philippine taxation and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems/ERP.
  • Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based accounting preferred.
