Customer Service Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in helping the Sales team achieve overall monthly objectives by proactively performing customer service functions such as:
- Order-taking
- Processing of payment
- Handling of complaints
- Listing of bad orders
- Answering telephone calls, inquiries or quotations
QUALIFICATION:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to work during Saturday
- Work Location: Suy Sing Paranaque
- Should be willing to undergo training in Manila (Accommodations and allowance will be provided during training in Manila)
