What you'll do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both German and English.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and friendly experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services.

What you'll need:

  • Must be a Filipino citizen or holding permanent resident visa.
  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
