Customer Service Representative

What you'll do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both German and English.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer questions and concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem-solving steps.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and friendly experience.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services.
What you'll need:
- Must be a Filipino citizen or holding permanent resident visa.
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
