We're looking for a Customer Knowledge Specialist who will shape and maintain the customer-facing knowledge base used by thousands of users. If you excel at writing clear, concise, and helpful content, and can collaborate closely with product and support teams.

What You'll Do

  • Create, update, and maintain customer knowledge articles, FAQs, and support documentation.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, clarity standards, and formatting guidelines.
  • Track and analyze knowledge base performance to identify improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, CX, and Customer Service to gather information and translate it into accessible content.
  • Support CRM knowledge content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Uphold strong version control and documentation protocols for all content.

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Customer Service or Administration (or similar).
  • Experience with knowledge base management, preferably for consumer-facing platforms.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Strong technical writing abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in technical content writing or user manual creation.
  • Solid analytical skills for monitoring KB performance.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

This is a Hybrid 2x RTO setup in Paranaque, NCR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
