JOB SUMMARY

The Resort Marketing Officer is responsible for coordinating and creating a holistic and integrated experience for guests and patrons of Newport World Resorts through the conceptualization of property-wide lifestyle marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the resort marketing campaign team coordinator
  • Support and assist the Resort Marketing Manager, Assistant Director for Resort Marketing and Director for Resort Marketing
  • Serve as the liaison and business development executive between the business units and partner hotels
  • Monitor the marketing collateral completion and installation
  • Create and submit job orders to other supporting departments
  • Provide progress/weekly reports per campaign
  • Provide post-mortem reports per campaign
  • Provide strategic support to the implementation and/or execution of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure quality of advertising collaterals, events and promotions
  • Coordinate with other departments on the approval of requests and requirements
  • Perform daily interaction by means of telephone calls, e-mails, messenger among others
  • Ensure the approval of contracts and conforme
  • Organize and file all contracts and administrative documents, among others
  • Assist in other marketing and administrative operations
  • Assist in mini-programs for other sections/departments
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising
  • Has at least two (2) years of related working experience
  • Has strong Marketing knowledge and background
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Has excellent customer service skills
  • Able to build good working relationship and deal with different types of individual
  • Well-organized, methodical and has keen attention to details
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite)
