Jipang Group of Companies is seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the digital marketing strategy for our company, ensuring our online presence and campaigns effectively engage and attract our target audience.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing
  • Manage and optimise the company's website and online content to improve user experience and drive conversions
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that inform digital marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns that align with the company's overall marketing objectives
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data to continually optimise and improve results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices, and make recommendations for implementation

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, social media advertising, web analytics, and content management systems
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling way
  • Creative flair and an eye for design, with the ability to conceptualize and execute visually engaging content
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and experience in improving website performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
