We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing & Social Media Coordinator member to join our team. This role blends digital marketing, e-commerce management, content creation, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to help grow the brand through innovative campaigns and strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Digital Advertising

  • Manage and update Shopify store (product uploads, edits, page creation).
  • Assist with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads setup, edits, and uploads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Content Creation

Develop engaging posts, videos, and photos for social media to highlight projects, products, and installations.

Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality footage and materials for marketing.

Design marketing collaterals (graphics, flyers, visuals) aligned with brand guidelines.

Campaign Management

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, radio promotions, and flyers.

Leverage videos and photos from completed projects to strengthen brand visibility and awareness.

Social Media Engagement

Manage and maintain company social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Foster positive online interaction to grow brand presence and loyalty.

Strategy & Analytics

Create, lead, and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and measurable growth.

Optimize tools such as HubSpot CRM, Shopify, and social media analytics for data-driven campaigns.

Track performance and share insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and creative skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
