Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on the Sovereign Operations solution within the banking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and managing the testing and implementation phases of the project. This role involves working closely with both the business side and vendors to ensure successful delivery and resolution of project issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and document business processes in consultation with business users.
  • Design and present potential solutions to stakeholders.
  • Develop and document the necessary requirements for the project.
  • Assist in preparing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Coordinate with the testing team and assist users with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Monitor and manage bug fixes and issues, ensuring their timely resolution.
  • Engage with vendors for requirements elaboration, solution design, review, quality assurance, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor counterparts to ensure smooth system integration, if needed, within the ADB ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or any related field.
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis, with 5 years in a senior business analysis role.
  • 5 years of experience in the banking, financial services, or accounting sector.
  • 7 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes.
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications.
  • Solid understanding of account/sales management, government procurement process, and contract lifecycle management or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with banking development process is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of project management lifecycle and systems development cycle.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Technology Stack, including Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI), Teams, and Dynamics 365.
  • Proven vendor management skills and experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite, Mandaluyong Metro Manila, from Monday - Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
  • Good to Have:
    • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power BI.
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
