Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Mandaluyong (Hybrid, 3x onsite per week)

Schedule: Day shift (8 AM – 5 PM)

Salary Range: 100,000

About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support key digital knowledge management and intranet projects. This role will focus on requirements gathering, data analysis, gap resolution, data modeling, and process optimization while following established system development methodologies.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in understanding business processes, identifying pain points, recommending solutions, and ensuring smooth operationalization through documentation, training, and user support.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  2. Work with stakeholders to capture business and data requirements for the digital knowledge management and intranet platform.

  3. Analyze user needs, search behaviors, metadata, and integration requirements with existing systems.

  4. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improved user experience and productivity.

  5. User Interface Design & Workflow

  6. Contribute to the design of user-friendly templates and intuitive workflows.

  7. Ensure alignment with branding, accessibility, and user experience standards.

  8. Testing & Quality Assurance

  9. Collaborate with vendors and test teams on test planning and execution.

  10. Review and contribute to UAT scripts and scenarios.

  11. Participate in UAT and report issues, bugs, and enhancements.

  12. Content Management & Integration

  13. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate integration of content types.

  14. User Training & Support

  15. Assist in developing and delivering training sessions and workshops.

  16. Provide ongoing support to users, content managers, and administrators.

  17. Reporting & Documentation

  18. Contribute to documentation of features, processes, and technical specifications.

  19. Support progress reporting and user feedback collection.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, UX design, or digital workplace platform implementation.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, Term Store, Search, Syntax, and Information Protection.
  • Knowledge of content, management systems, taxonomy management, and metadata implementation.
  • Understanding of AI applications in knowledge management (hands-on experience a plus).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable with a learning mindset.
  • Experience in change management and training is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a multicultural environment.
