Job Title: Senior Business Analyst for Automation and ServiceNow Governance

Work Location: Mandaluyong

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

About the Role:

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and validating the business needs of stakeholders, including customers and end-users. The incumbent will perform stakeholder interviews and gather user requirements to determine the necessary technology solutions.

This role requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to aid the business in making informed technology decisions.

She/he will work closely with the Team/Platform Lead to explore technologies that can enhance business processes and optimize solution architecture. S/he will play a vital role in ensuring that IT comprehends the business's requirements. The incumbent will report to designated senior International Staff and/or senior National Staff.

Education and Work Experience


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course


• At least 8 years of solid experience in business analysis


• 5 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes


• 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications


• Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development


• Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.


• Proven experience in business analysis on ServiceNow products


• Experience in using ServiceNow as an application and has high level but relevant knowledge on how ServiceNow is utilized by different business and technical domains


• Experience in being involved in governance boards and committees and running workshops with similar audience

Technical Knowledge


• Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.


• Demonstrated product or platform governance knowledge and best practices


• Understanding of application development and software development life cycle concepts


• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, DevOps. CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and testing/quality assurance.


• Strong knowledge on Microsoft Technology Stack products such as SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot, and other emerging technologies like ServiceNow and GenAI


• Strong knowledge on ServiceNow Platform and employee center products

• Self-starter and can contribute good ideas towards better governance of digital products


• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to influence the target audience towards process and product governance improvements


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


• Demonstrated teamwork (ability to work with others to achieve more effective results)
