Talent Management and Organization Development Officer

SMPC is looking for an experienced
Talent Management and Organization Development Officer
to lead initiatives across the corporate office and business units. You will conceptualize, implement, and evaluate strategic people programs that build capability, strengthen succession readiness, and align organizational structures and performance systems with business objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Education:
BS/AB Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resource Management, BS Management, or related business degree - Experience:
Minimum 5 years in HR with at least 3 years focused on Talent Management, Succession Planning, or Organization Development - Technical skills:
Familiarity with Talent Management Systems, PeopleCore, LMS, QlikSense, and workforce analytics - Preferred:
Licensed HR Practitioner and experience in training facilitation and change management
What you will do
- Lead design and roll-out of talent management and succession planning programs
- Manage end-to-end talent processes from identification to deployment and monitoring
- Maintain organizational charts, job description database, and competencies dictionary
- Administer and support Performance Management and OD systems and related analytics
- Produce monthly workforce analytics and present findings to HR stakeholders
- Support promotions, transfers, individual development plans, and retention strategies
- Conduct HR surveys and exit interviews and coordinate stakeholder feedback sessions
- Support special HR projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones
