  • Responsible for maintaining 100% inventory accuracy and reliability at all times.
  • Maintains records of stocks entering and leaving the warehouse.
  • Checks inventory control management of the warehouse: Conduct physical stock count/report.
  • Responsible for setting schedule of Cycle Count per client.
  • Ensures compliance to scheduled cycle count per client and submit corresponding report.
  • Handles given projects/activities.
  • Responsible for monitoring of the near expiry report (50% shelf life) and provide proper disposition for those nearing the expiry.
  • Ensures that Wall to Wall count is in place for clients with scheduled count and provide corresponding reports.

· Responsible for keeping records of Missing, Ageing, Damage and Excess items.

  • Responsible for conducting root cause analysis and providing corrective and preventive actions for issues raised by customers.
  • Must lead the team in initiating process improvements.
  • Ensures that procedures are updated based on actual activities at all times.
  • Ensures that WIs and SOPs are followed at all times.
  • Evaluates the performance of assigned personnel and provide training experience as needed.
  • Provides Quality/Incident report and issue Notice to Explain to erring personnel & forward to HR for necessary actions.
  • Ensures that Business Continuity programs are in place.
  • Conduct one on one coaching to each subordinate and provide feedback.
  • Responsible for creation of succession planning.
  • Develops good working relationships at all levels within the team environment, leading and communicating as needed to maximize individual and team performance

· Schedules and leads meetings with team members to update on new policies/procedures, schedules and incidents.

  • Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualifications/ Skills

· At least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent

· At least 4 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for the position.

· Preferably Supervisor/ 5 years and up experience employee specialized in logistics and cold storage supply chain.
