We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cold Caller with experience in Airbnb Listing Optimization to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments while optimizing Airbnb listings to drive bookings and improve property visibility. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through professional and engaging communication.
  • Track and manage leads while meeting daily/weekly call targets.
  • Optimize Airbnb listings by enhancing descriptions, titles, photos, and pricing strategies to maximize bookings.
  • Research market trends and competitors to improve Airbnb performance.
  • Respond to inquiries and support property owners with listing management.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Proven experience with Airbnb listing optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection and a professional remote working environment.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
