Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our website development and design services.
  • Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their needs and present suitable marketing solutions.
  • Utilize scripts and marketing materials to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a marketing or sales environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into appointments.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
