JOB SUMMARY

Over-all Architectural Management of MRB Project assigned to him/her

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design Management by monitoring, reviewing and evaluating Consultant/In-House Design outputs in all planning & design phases to ensure conformance with the project objectives, timelines and design standards.
  2. Responsible for contract management of various consultants for assigned projects
  3. Ensure design conforms with budget
  4. Participates in the standardization efforts of the company
  5. Ensure design requirements and timeline are met
  6. Occasional Test Fit of Concept/Design Architectural works
  7. Performs architectural and design management skills, including taking lead roles in design coordination meetings and site inspections
  8. Other tasks as instructed by immediate superior

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Licensure for Architecture
  • With at least 15-year experience working at an Architecture Firm and/or in a real estate company as an advantage
  • Can work under pressure
  • Can work with 5 projects or more at the same time
  • Expert in communication skills, driven, organized, detail oriented, strategic and can work independently or within a team
  • With knowledge on AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable in Photoshop/Sketch-Up is a plus
