JOB SUMMARY

Provides design concepts, 3D renderings, FF&E booklets, interior design plans, and styling/accessorizing support for in-house interior design projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides interior design deliverables, including but not limited to:

  • Preparing design concepts, floor plans with furniture layouts, 3D renderings, material boards, FF&E booklets, interior design plans, and budget estimates for accessories.
  • Presenting concepts, plans, 3D renderings, and material boards to top management for approval.
  • Coordinating with the design team, internal departments, and external interior design consultants regarding plans, project briefs, marketing briefs, and clarificatory meetings.
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for project requirements.
  • Conducting on-site visits to ensure that interior design is implemented according to approved plans and preparing site reports with photos.
  • Issuing site instructions and responding to Requests for Approval and Requests for Information in a timely manner.
  • Sourcing available interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
  • Shopping for furniture and accessories and preparing the necessary internal documents.
  • Conducting styling and accessorizing on-site.
  • Preparing final inventory lists of furniture and accessories.
  • Participating in standardization efforts for interior design processes.
  • Performing other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar field
  • Licensed Interior Designer
  • At least 2 years of experience in the interior design field
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Photoshop
  • Strong skills in drafting, interior detailing, and production drawings
  • Highly creative with excellent presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
