IT Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Coordinates and governs the design, deployment, security, and management of the scalable and resilient infrastructure for the Omni Channel platform on Huawei Cloud

*Collaborates with ITSS and Vendors in ensuring the online system's availability and operational readiness as well as its business continuity governance when faced with disasters or exploits

*Ensures that deployments align with enterprise architecture and security standards by coordinating with ITSS and Dmall

*Coordinates with Huawei for cloud hosting support

*Special projects related to Omni Channel

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

*3+ years of experience in governing and coordinating cloud infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on Cloud Infrastructure

*In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles, including network security (Security Groups, ACLs), identity and access management (IAM), and data encryption

*Proven expertise and knowledge of core Huawei Cloud services (ECS, VPC, OBS, ELB, SFS, etc.)

*In-depth knowledge of cloud security principles

*Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls)

*Experience in coordinating monitoring, logging, and alerting systems in a cloud environment

*Strong leadership and communication skills

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
