Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Must be a Licensed Architect
  • With at least eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant experience as an Architect in the construction industry. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Architect.
  • Knowledgeable in Architectural Fit-out
  • The candidate must have experience in managing a team and possess strong leadership skills.
  • Experience in construction management
  • Experience handling high-rise residential condominium and hotel casino Projects.
  • The applicant must be willing to accept assignments within Metro Manila and in provincial project sites, including Pampanga, Cebu, and Boracay, Aklan.
  • The applicant who can start ASAP will be given high priority.
