Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent and positive candidate engagement through outreach and communication best practices.

  • Stay current with sourcing best practices, tools, and trends to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

  • Conduct phone screening and initial interviews to assess minimum qualifications and skill set of applicants.

  • Handle End-to-End Recruitment process. From sourcing to on-boarding.

  • Answering all inquiries from applicants via phone or email

  • Updating Recruitment Tracker

  • Handle various Job portal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

  • Proven expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, ATS/CRM systems).

  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and sourcing technologies.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong and/or Quezon City

  • Amenable to start ASAP
