Position Overview

The Sourcing and Recruitment Analyst is primarily responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates through strategic sourcing methods and channel optimization. This role emphasizes building sustainable talent pipelines by leveraging multiple sourcing platforms, networks, and market insights. In addition, the Sourcing and Recruitment Analyst supports the recruitment process by screening candidates, endorsing top profiles, and ensuring smooth coordination with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to different roles and skill sets.
  • Identify, evaluate, and maximize sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional associations, campus recruitment, niche sites).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct talent market research and competitor benchmarking to expand candidate reach.

Recruitment Support

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessments to ensure candidate fit before endorsement.
  • Manage candidate communication and coordinate interviews when needed.

Data, Reporting & Optimization

  • Maintain accurate candidate and pipeline data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics (e.g., source effectiveness, time-to-source, pipeline conversion).
  • Provide insights on sourcing channel performance and recommend process improvements.

Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement

  • Promote the organization's employer brand through sourcing channels and candidate interactions.
  • Engage with potential candidates proactively to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed, Facebook, Boolean search techniques).
  • Experience in talent mapping and identifying new or niche sourcing channels.
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple sourcing projects at once.
