PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  • Assist in identifying and acquiring land for new developments and future company projects.
  • Conduct site visits and basic evaluations to assess the property's potential for development.
  • Collect and review property information, including ownership, pricing, location, and legal status.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or an equivalent level of knowledge.

Experience: Preferably with experience in real estate (Land Acquisition, Project Development, Titling and Documentation)

Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Preferably can drive a four-wheeled vehicle with valid driver's license
  • Willing to work in Lucena City, Quezon
