Job description:
HR Assistant is responsible for running the daily functions of the Human Resource Development and Management department including hiring and interviewing staff, and Employee Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Employees Engagement
- Assist in employee engagement activities organization-wide, including but not limited to; planning of events, conducting proactive communications to engage employees, coordination and participation of events planned and implemented.
- Creates and communicates engagement Calendar of Activities.
- Work with the HR team to coordinate the engagement plans, activity proposals, and other strategies.
Recruitment
- Source resumes, recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team
- Willing to work physically in Makati Office
