The Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role oversees cash flow, disbursements, and ledger entries; prepares and reviews financial statements; ensures compliance with PEZA, BIR, and other regulatory requirements; and supports audits. The position enforces internal controls, safeguards financial data, renews permits, and provides financial reports and analysis to top management to support decision-making.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or same field
  • Proven experience in accounting, with minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Knowledgeable in PEZA,BIR,SEC reportorial and legal requirements
  • With experience in Quickbooks is an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • With Experience in Manufacturing firm is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
