Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA/CMA certification is a plus).

Experience:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Skills:

  • Technical Accounting Knowledge:
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent critical-thinking skills to identify process improvements.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily accounting activities and ensure accuracy in financial records.

· Supervise the AR and Collection teams, ensuring efficient and timely transactions.

· Monitor outstanding receivables and collections, minimizing overdue accounts.

· Approve customer orders based on financial risk assessments.

· Develop, monitor, and analyze the company's budget plan and financial statements.

· Prepare financial reports, including Income Statements, & Balance sheets.

· Assist in the preparation of ManCom reports and provide financial insights.

· Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.

· Monitor accounts payable transactions and ensure accurate recording of expenses.

· Review and approve expense reimbursements, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines.

· Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

· Supervise and guide accounting staff in the preparation and accuracy of their reports.

· Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

· Collaborate with the Finance Supervisor on financial strategies and reporting.

· Address financial concerns and operational issues within the department.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
