Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is partnering with a highly reputable company in the Agro-Industry and Food sector, specializing in areas such as animal feed production, integrated livestock and crop operations, aquaculture, and food processing. The client is recognized as one of the world's largest producers of feed and shrimp, and ranks among the top three global producers of poultry and pork. They are currently seeking a Tax Supervisor to join their team in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Job Summary:

The Tax Supervisor who will oversee the company's tax compliance and support management in handling tax-related matters. The role requires strong knowledge of BIR tax rulings, regulations, and procedures, as well as hands-on experience in dealing with BIR audits.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise preparation and filing of all tax returns to ensure timely and accurate compliance with BIR requirements.
  • Review and interpret BIR tax rulings, regulations, and issuances relevant to company operations.
  • Handle BIR audits, assessments, and tax inquiries, including preparation of supporting documents and responses.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and provide advice on their impact to the company.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory agencies on tax-related matters.
  • Guide and support the accounting team in day-to-day tax compliance and reconciliations.

Key Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in taxation, including exposure to BIR audits
  • Strong knowledge of BIR tax rulings, issuances, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
