We are seeking an experienced Real Estate CRM & Customer Care Consultant to help us design, implement, and optimize our customer care operations. Our Customer Care Team was established in March 2025, and we are building our systems, workflows, and processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with real estate CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar), customer experience strategies, and operational setup for service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy & Implementation
  • Assess the company's current customer engagement and data management needs.
  • Recommend and help implement a real estate–focused CRM system.
  • Design CRM architecture, including lead management, client segmentation, property tracking, and pipeline workflows.
  • Integrate CRM with existing tools (marketing, listings, website, etc.).
  • Customer Care Process Development
  • Develop customer care workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and escalation protocols.
  • Establish service standards and performance metrics (SLAs, CSAT, NPS, etc.).
  • Train the customer care team on CRM usage, customer communication, and service best practices.
  • Performance Optimization
  • Create reporting dashboards and analytics to monitor team and customer performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve response times, client retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM setup, management, or consulting — preferably in real estate, property management, or brokerage industries.
  • Deep understanding of real estate customer journeys, from lead acquisition to post-sale service.
  • Hands-on expertise with leading CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management abilities.
