Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, list, and promote properties for sale or lease on the platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and potential buyers or tenants.
  • Guide clients through property sales, purchases, or leasing processes from inquiry to closing.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and leveraging online tools and referrals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal, customer service) to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide market insights and advise clients on pricing, property staging, and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on property trends, local zoning regulations, and market conditions.
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Real Estate Broker (must have a valid broker's license in the relevant jurisdiction).
  • Proven track record in property sales, leasing, or brokerage.
  • Strong network of property owners, developers, and clients is an advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong customer focus and results orientation.

Preferred Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a broker or in a senior real estate sales role.
  • Prior experience working with online real estate marketplaces (e.g., Lamudi, Property24, DotProperty) is a plus.
