Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell pre-selling projects under top developers
  • Attend project knowledge trainings and site orientations
  • Generate leads through online and offline channels
  • Assist clients with inquiries, viewing schedules, and reservation steps
  • Coordinate with developers for availability, pricing, and unit comparisons
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Driven, reliable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable with online marketing and client outreach
  • Strong grasp of social media trends and platforms
  • Background in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Real estate experience is helpful but not required

Work Setup
