Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional technical, billing, and general support to our customers. This role includes acting as a liaison between multiple departments to resolve issues effectively, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical, billing, and general support to all customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

• Serve as the liaison between multiple departments to find effective solutions to customer issues.

• Follow customer issues through to completion, ensuring timely resolutions and communication.

• Develop processes and bring recommendations to the management team to improve customer service.

• Track and analyze customer service issues, communicating recommendations and updates to all relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of experience in customer service.

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

• Experience working with cable, telecom, ISP, mobile carrier, solar panel preferred.

• Has experience working with Renewable Energy, Solar, or Construction industry. 

• Has experience as a Project Coordinator or Scheduler role.

• Knowledge of or experience using the Zendesk platform.

• Must have a stable employment history.
