Job Description:

  • Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom towers and mounted equipment.
  • Perform rigging activities such as antenna alignment, cable pulling, and grounding installations.
  • Climb towers and poles safely to install or replace telecom equipment.
  • Support integration, testing, and commissioning of telecom systems.
  • Assist in disassembly and relocation of telecom infrastructure.
  • Ensure all rigging tools and lifting equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Certification in Tower Climbing Safety & Rescue
  • Comply with safety regulations (DOLE, OSH standards) and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Coordinate with engineers and team leads on site activities and documentation.

Salary:

  • Basic rate - 18,900

Qualifications:

  • Preferably has WAH (Working At Heights) certificate
  • At least high school / vocational graduate
  • With 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks at heights.
