Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintain plant safety procedures. Ensure the proper safety and incident reporting procedure are followed

  2. Communicate with plant staffs, team leaders and department heads

  3. Supervise, instruct , train and mentor plant staffs

  4. Assist Plant Manager in overseeing daily activities in the plant

  5. Assist Plant Manager in establishing and monitoring over all plant performance for production and quality standards

  6. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the Plant Manager

Job Specifications

· Education Requirements

Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering course and a Licensed Electrical Engineer

· Work Experience

At least five (5) years work experience as Plant Supervisor/Electrical Engineer

· Knowledge and Skills

Must have knowledge on operation of Mechanical equipment and machineries by completing preventive maintenance requirements and have knowledge and skills on plan interpretations, measurements and calculations

· Traits

Can communicate well verbally and in writing, must be flexible, able to meet tight schedules, team player, has a positive attitude and must have patience.
