Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounting Associate based in Pasig. The Life Health and Benefits Solutions Technical and Placement Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise and ensuring the successful placement of life, health, and employee benefits insurance (HMO, GLI & GPA) solutions for clients. This role involves analyzing client requirements, liaising with insurers, structuring insurance programs, and delivering competitive and comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Technical Expertise

Identify suitable life, health, and benefits insurance solutions, prepare proposals, review policy terms, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

2. Placement Activities

Negotiate with insurers for competitive terms and coverage, finalize placements, and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth transactions and issue resolution.

3. Client Support

Work with account teams to understand client needs, assist in onboarding and policy setup, and address client inquiries and policy-related issues.

4. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate placement records, generate performance and market reports, and support renewals and ongoing policy service.

5. Collaboration and Development

Collaborate on process improvements, participate in training and knowledge-sharing, and stay informed on market trends and emerging insurance solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in insurance technical and placement roles, preferably in life, health, and benefits solutions.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of life and health insurance products and employee benefits programs.

  • Familiarity with local insurance regulations and market practices.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
