Your Role:
As a Senior Experience Technical Support Specialist, You Will
- Troubleshoot, respond to and resolve any support queries in a timely manner ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Proactively prioritise, action and/or escalate support issues based on processes
- Provide clear and exceptional communication to customers to help resolve issues themselves (when possible) to reduce support issues
- Support wider Customer Success function with ad hoc support such as integrations, complex onboarding issues and POS troubleshooting
- Support and guide customers with billing inquiries, coordinating troubleshooting efforts with Aggregators and other integration partners
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- Strong technical background, ideally with experience in Tier 2–3 technical support.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Strong documentation habits and familiarity with support ticketing systems (e.g., Hubspot, Jira, Shortcut or similar).
- Highly proficient with modern IT tools and systems, and comfortable learning new technologies quickly.
