About the Role

A detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst is required to manage all product-related data for three Australian businesses. The position is based in Ortigas, Manila, working alongside the local Purchasing Team and reporting to management in Australia. This role is critical in ensuring product accuracy, optimising e-commerce content, and supporting website promotional activity across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain product data, including short and long descriptions, SEO content, attributes, supplier costs, and units of measure for all three companies' websites.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Team to validate and keep supplier and pricing data up to date.
  • Upload, manage, and optimise product images and create/update website banners to support marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of product information across all business systems and websites.
  • Optimise product pages for SEO performance and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular data accuracy and completeness audits.
  • Analyse product trends and produce data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Liaise with Australian-based management and internal teams to support business goals.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in product data management, e-commerce, or business analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
  • Experience with e-commerce CMS and website platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication for remote collaboration with Australia-based management.
  • Organisational skills for handling multiple business priorities.
  • Proficiency with Canva for creating and updating promotional website banners and optimising images.
  • Experience with image editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) preferred.
  • Preferred Experience in BPO or shared services reporting to overseas teams.
  • Knowledge of wholesale, distribution, or retail e-commerce.
  • Understanding of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • Can START ASAP once hired
