Reporting Analyst

How you will add value

• Manage our Salesforce report and dashboard content for our business units
• Support the organisation to deliver quality reporting and analytics services that are efficient,

effective and in line with their objectives

• Support, maintain and act as the key point of contact for advising on and building salesforce

content

• Provide our teams with workload forecasting and productivity tracking
• Assist our Analysts with In depth analysis on our data and deliver meaningful insights to influence and

support Leadership in making effective decisions

• Evaluate data quality and integrity to identify issues and opportunities for system and process

improvements

• Salesforce Einstein/TableauCRM Advanced User

Your Experience

• 3+ years experience working in a Reporting Analyst role, reporting with advanced excel skills (pivot

tabling and advanced formulae)

• Working knowledge of CRM (data entry/reporting)
• Salesforce experience desirable
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office / G-Suite
• Stakeholder requirements gathering
• Proficient data analytical skills
• Verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders
• Strong time management skills
• Critical thinking and analytical skills required
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
