Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Acts as Store Head/Boutique Manager in their absence.
  • Assists in the supervision of store personnel and monitors employees' performance and behavior.
  • Accomplishes staff performance appraisal twice a year.
  • Sees the proper and accurate inventory and quality check of items and fixed assets in the store.
  • Sees to the proper handling and control of merchandise in the store display and in the stockroom.
  • Properly entertains customers and implement selling strategy to promote sales and meet quota.
  • Entertains customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Responsible in the accomplishments of all store reports.
  • Attends seminars, product training and monthly meetings with concerned Merchandising Managers.
  • Assists on deliveries and distribution/pull-out of merchandise to and from the store or docking area.
  • Coordinates regularly with all departments for proper problem escalation.
  • Oversees overnight works regarding civil, electrical and mechanical repairs in the store.
  • Accountable for the attainment of sales objectives and targets set for the store.
  • Maintain the good image of the store, must be aware in the current issues and events with regards to the promotions and sales event of the brand.
  • Contribute to the building of a new concept and story line in the window.
  • Implement the standard operating procedures of the company.

Job Specifications:

  • At least college level
  • With at least one (1) year of experience in the same/related field
  • With excellent selling and customer service and management skills
  • With strong leading and organizational skills and business orientation
  • With extensive experience in retail/fast food operation
  • Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends.
  • Must be proficient in both oral and written communication.
  • Willing to be assigned in AYALA MALLS HARBOR POINT, ZAMBALES.
