Job Objective : To ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective flow of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies from suppliers to the central commissary and branch outlets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Logistics Planning and Distribution
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Compliance and Quality Control
  • Cross-Functional Coordination with the Purchasing, Commissary, and Operations teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Strong organizational, leadership and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory management software
  • Analytical mindset for inventory analysis and route optimization.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Team player with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Flexible with working hours (including weekends or early mornings when needed).
  • 3.9 Upholds integrity and food safety awareness at all times.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Job Type: Full-time
